You can deeply experience the local customs and customs. When you live on the boat, you can see the simple life of the residents on both sides of the strait. On the spot, they made authentic snacks, rice paper and coconut sugar, and made them in ancient ways. I can also appreciate the farming power of the residents. I am riding a bicycle and enjoying the countryside. I can also make a boat on the river. It is really hard to cook lunch with them.

Our tour guide was very friendly, caring and informative. He gave us detailed information not only about Cai Be, but also the history, economy, culture, people of Vietnam. The floating market was not what we expected. It's more about individual families living on their boats, rather than a crowded floating market. The day tour consisted of walking, biking, kayaking, and helping a family in the kitchen to prepare for your lunch. There was a also a shopping itinerary, but they didn't force you to buy. They told you how Vietnamese people make rice popcorn, rice paper, coconut candies, etc. It was a very informative shopping itinerary unlike others. Overall, it was a relaxing tour to get away from the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City.
