For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Around 8:00 Am: Picking up from hotel/stay at Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Halong Bay
12:00 – 12:30 pm: You will be welcomed on Day Cruise. Lunch will be prepared and served to you on board by the crew. While having lunch, the captain will drive the cruise around the most beautiful islets among thousands of limestone islands such as Dog islet, Incense Burner Islet, Fighting Cock Islet etc.
One stop of the 4-hour cruise is Dong Thien Cung (Heavenly Palace Cave), located on a remote island in the bay. As the name suggests, the cave is adorned with fantastic stalactites and stalagmites as well as colored lights, which transforms the scene into a fairytale palace.
Another activity, you could expect during the cruise is the stop at Ba Hang Area, where you could either join the bamboo boat ride or kayaking (optional) for 40 minutes to feel the Bay closer.
16:00 - 17:00 pm: Return to the harbor around and we will stop for one break in the middle of the way so you have a chance to go to the restroom or have a drink.

Tour guide and driver picked us up from hotel around 7:45 and picked up in somewhere also, we arrived in Ha long bay harbor around 11:30 and go to a beautiful traditional cruise. We had lunch after that and cruise moving to the cave. After 1 hour, we arrived Thien Cung cave and we finished lunch 15 minutes before, we climbed to this cave after 20 minutes and it is really beautiful, the weather in the cave so cool and very nice. I took many photos from there. We returned and continue my trip, we went kayaking and enjoyed Sun set party on board. Returned harbor about 17:30. Then we return Ha Noi about 20:30 p.m. It was a long day and inspirational trip to us. I would like to recommend this trip to you.

As the most famous tourist destination in the North that is Ha Long bay, it is one of the 7 wonders of the world, I did not have longer time in Ha Noi and had to choose 1 day trip only. Ha long bay is beautiful in September, we arrived there about 12:00 at noon, check in on board and visiting caves and return boat for lunch. Food was so nice and delicious, we had set menu for both seafood and Vietnam cuisines. Tour guide and his name's Thang, he has good English and explained the name of each islet very clearly for the meaningful. In the afternoon, we do kayaking and some activities on the bay then return harbor for bus waiting and took us to Ha Noi. Tour end around 20:10. We loved this trip and will recommend it to our friends.

Tour guide come and pick us me after have breakfast. The limousine so nice and very good decoration. All the activities: have lunch, visiting the cave, kayaking... on the bay was short and I understand it is a day trip and we had to hurry. The tour guide so good and polite. His name's Huan. He took care of all the guesses on this trip very good and he looked a little tired when finished this trip. Thanks guy I would like to recommend this day trip to all people come to Viet Nam.
