For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

07:45 - 08:15: Optioanl pick up at your hotel and depart for Ha Long City.
12:30 - On arrival at pier, you will board your Royal Palace Cruise and you are warmly welcomed by professional and friendly crew.
13:00 - Check-in cabin and enjoy specially prepared lunch while cruising through most beautiful parts of the magical bay with thousands of amazing limestone islands emerging from emerald water. Sailing with Royal Palace Cruise in very tranquil route, exploring the exotic beauty of the legendary Bay, a feeling in paradise will come to you.
14:30 - Keep cruising to the most beautiful parts of Halong Bay. This is the best time to relax after lunch and enjoy your privacy, capturing stunning photos of the legendary bay.
15:00 - Small tender brings you to visit Titop island, hiking to the top of the island from where tourists can capture panoramic view of Halong Bay. Swimming and relax in cool water after hiking.
16:00 - Kayaking & Relaxing.
17:00 - Back to the boat for shower.
17:30 - Join the sunset party on the sundeck in warm and romantic atmosphere, making friends with other members in the group, enjoy fresh local fruit, listening soft, light music, wearing traditional costumes for kings, queens and mandarins.
19:00 - Enjoy the special dinner cooked by our professional chef.
20:30 - The moment you choose your own way to relax after dinner, listening to music, singing karaoke, relaxing on the sundeck, squid fishing available for entertainment during the night time. Overnight on ROYAL PALACE CRUISE.

08:00 Visit Surprising Cave – the most beautiful one in Halong Bay.
09:00 Back to Royal Palace Cruise for check-out. Keep cruising towards Halong Bay. Passing by hundreds of islands and islets with different shapes depending on your imagination.
10:00 Cooking class opened right on the cruise.
11:00 Farewell lunch served on the cruise before you arrive at harbor.
12:30 Get on the bus to Hanoi.

Beautiful landscape with many large and small islands, beautiful beaches and delicious seafood. We had right choice for this trip, competitive price and good suggestions I chose. I will recommend this cruise to me parents and my friends when they come to Vietname.

In my plan, I will go to Ha Long bay for a day trip only but I was convinced by seller at the travel agent, she is a nice girl and gave me very good advice for this trip with the reasons: Competitive price. Nice boat pictures Good itinerary Tour guide and driver picked me at the hotel after breakfast. Spent near 3 hours on bus and check in on board. very comfortable bus on the new highway. Boat so cozy and the same on the picture that the seller so me. I had a good time on the cruise with my friend and joined all activities there. Food very good for both seafood and traditional Vietnamese food. I am so happy to recommend Royal Palace Cruise to anybody want to visit the bay.

This was an amazing tour through Halong Bay. We went hiking to the top of Ti Top island, swimming, played football, kayaked, tichi and sang karaoke. The food and accommodation were good. The tour guide Phong and his crew were extremely accommodating, funny and always happy to help. Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

Towards the end of April I took a trip to Vietnam and visited Halong Bay, Enchanting, with the THU guide, very good, efficient and kind, with the boat of the Halong royal palace Cruise. Professional and kind staff. Excellent service and cleanliness. Abundant and good breakfast, lunch and dinner. What about a beautiful place with an excellent organization .. To return..
