For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

07:30 – 08:30 Optional bus pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
10:00 Arrive in Hai Duong Province and enjoy a short 20-minute break.
12:00 Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, Halong Bay.
12:15 Welcome aboard Majestic Cruise! Enjoy a welcome drink while receiving a brief introduction to the cruise and safety guidelines. Check in to your cabin.
12:30 Enjoy a Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch while cruising through magnificent Halong Bay and admiring its fascinating rock formations.
14:30 Visit Pearl Farm Village and enjoy kayaking around the village.
15:30 Continue exploring the bay.
16:00 Visit Titov Island.
17:30 Return to Majestic Cruise and relax on board.
18:00 Join a cooking class led by the chef of Majestic Cruise. Learn to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes, such as spring rolls, and discover the flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.
19:30 Enjoy a special BBQ seafood dinner on board.
21:00 Enjoy evening entertainment on the cruise, including card games, chess, karaoke, and squid fishing. Overnight on Majestic Cruise.

07:00 Admire the beautiful bay scenery over a cup of tea or coffee, followed by breakfast.
08:30 Transfer by tender to a smaller boat to visit Ho Dong Tien Cave and explore the area by kayak.
11:30 Return to the day boat and enjoy lunch.
13:00 Enjoy kayaking and explore Drum Cave (Trống Cave).
14:30 Visit a pristine natural cave surrounded by turquoise waters and enjoy swimming.
15:30 The day boat takes you back to Majestic Cruise for an overnight stay.
16:30 Arrive back at Majestic Cruise, where you can freshen up, relax, and make new friends among your fellow passengers.
19:30 Enjoy dinner on board.

Wow!! Great Cruise!! Son and I had such a great time on this overnight cruise. Our Guide friendly 'Moe' was so good looked after us made sure our group stayed together spoke good English and the information of Halong Bay about the caves history all the different formations with names... Our Guide then showed us tourists how to make and cook traddional Vietnamese Spring Rolls. This cruise included Kayaking, Cave tour, Squiding at night all meals Ti Top climb comfortable air con rooms with shower on boat and so many cruisey things stunning amazing experience. Thanks Moe and staff at Majestic Cruises.. We had such a great time seeing the beautiful majestic Halong Bay

We did this as part of a tour and it was great. The rooms on the "junk" boat were spacious, awesome bed and the bathroom had all the mod cons. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food on board was great and plentiful. The drinks were cold and fast to refill :-) Halong Bay itself is very pretty and calm when we were there, however there are boats every where, busier than Sydney Harbour. Sitting on the upper desk drinking and watch the world go by was so relaxing, sunset did not happen as it was raining the day we were there, but still great.
