For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Note:
The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Saigon – Arrival

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Saigon.

- Day 2: Saigon – Cu Chi

You will be picked up at your hotel in Saigon and depart for Cu Chi. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will receive a short introduction, followed by an introductory video explaining how the tunnels were constructed and how people survived the harsh conditions of wartime.
Next, spend time exploring the remaining areas and tunnel systems, which include specially constructed living spaces with kitchens and bedrooms, alongside other military facilities such as storage areas, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers that helped those living inside the tunnels meet their basic needs.
In addition, you will discover hidden trapdoors and dangerous traps concealed throughout the maze-like tunnels, which were designed for security during the war.
Afterward, special tea and cassava, a staple food of the guerrillas during the war, will be served.
Enjoy some free time to relax or, for those interested, try live-fire shooting.
Return to Saigon. End of the trip.

8:00 AM Pick up at your hotel in Saigon and depart for My Tho. Take a boat ride along the river, viewing stilt houses and fruit plantations along the riverbank. Proceed to Tortoise Island and enjoy lunch in an orchard. Continue with a boat ride through the Tan Thach natural canal in Ben Tre, cruising under the shade of water coconut trees. Visit a family business that reflects the idyllic rural lifestyle and enjoy a rowing boat ride along the creeks. After a pleasant walk through the fruit plantation and village, transfer by motorboat to a small village in Cai Rang District, Can Tho.
Check into your homestay. In the afternoon, go cycling or trekking around the village to experience the rural lifestyle of the Mekong Delta people. Join a local family as they prepare dinner, then share the meal with them. Enjoy an evening of traditional folk music with your neighbors. Overnight at your homestay in Can Tho.

- Day 4: Can Tho – Cai Rang – Saigon

After breakfast, take an early morning boat trip (usually recommended at around 5:30 AM) to visit Cai Rang Floating Market, a wholesale market for fruit and vegetables that is busiest at this time of day. Continue cruising through the network of small canals and visit a rice noodle-making village. Experience crossing a traditional “Monkey Bridge” in the Mekong Delta. Head towards Phong Dien to explore its smaller, quieter floating market (optional). Stop for lunch before returning to Saigon.

Visit the Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace, which was built on the site of the former Norodom Palace. The Independence Palace is a well-known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by architect Ngo Viet Thu.
Continue sightseeing at beautiful structures dating back to the French colonial period, such as Notre-Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office. Next, visit the War Remnants Museum, which features extensive exhibits on both the First and Second Indochina Wars.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. End of the tour.
The afternoon is free for shopping and relaxation. Overnight at the hotel in Saigon.

I did the Chu chi tunnels with a small group of people which made the tour more personal. The guide took us through the tunnel system which was very small and cramp but gave you a feel of what conditions they lived in! Hard work if you are a bigger build. Our guide had a lot of knowledge and explained the different traps and weapons used. Overall a great morning!

Cai Rang Floating Market is very interesting place to know about the culture in the Southern Vietnam. There are too many goods being traded here, mainly is fruit. It is reflecting the previous mean of transportation on river and keep maintaining up to now. So, you will know more interesting thing when visit here.

An early morning tour of this market is well worth it to see the culture and how the people in this area live. Have Pho for breakfast here on the river. A visit to the land market makes the experience even better. I thought the floating market might have been bigger, but still well worth a look.

What a wonderful & memorable trip to Vietnam. The transport was very clean and comfortable. There were many interesting and memorable things to see, without it being too hurried. We felt safe and well cared for. Overall it was a great experience.
