For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Embark My Tho - Cai Be

10:00 AM: Board the Mien Tay Sampan in My Tho, enjoy a welcome drink, and check in.
Walk around the island, sample native fruits, observe local handicraft production, and meet the local people. Then, take a short sampan ride through palm-shaded creeks.
Return to the Mien Tay Sampan for lunch served on board.
Continue cruising towards Cai Be via Ngu Hiep.
Upon arrival at Ngu Hiep Island, disembark for a leisurely biking or walking tour to discover daily life and observe local activities.
Then, depart for Cai Be, enjoying a leisurely cruise along the Mekong River, taking in the beautiful scenery and admiring the magnificent sunset over the Tien River.
Dinner and overnight on board in Cai Be.

- Day 2: Cai Be - Vinh Long – Tra On

Wake up to the sounds of the floating market and observe the daily life of local people living along both banks of the Mekong River. Enjoy breakfast on board.
After breakfast, take a small motorboat to explore the lively Cai Be floating market in the morning.
Enjoy a walk to visit a local handicraft village and sample a variety of tropical fruits.
Continue by boat to Mekong Lodge, an eco-resort featuring more than 40 charming private bungalows and a river-view restaurant, spread across an area of over 10,000 m² alongside the Tien River.
Lunch on board.
Depending on the river tide, disembark for a pleasant walk or bike ride along countryside paths to discover tropical fruit orchards and observe local daily activities, including visits to orchards with their farmers.
Continue cruising towards Tra On. Enjoy the magnificent sunset over the river as you leisurely cruise along the Mekong River, taking in the beautiful scenery and enjoying aperitifs on board.
Enjoy a wonderful day of picturesque ferry crossings over the branches of the Mekong River. Dinner and overnight on board in Tra On.

- Day 3: Can Tho – Disembark

Wake up early in the morning to the sounds of the floating market. Enjoy the magnificent sunrise over the river as the boat leisurely cruises along the Bassac River, taking in the beautiful scenery.
After breakfast, upon arrival in Can Tho, check out and transfer your luggage to a small motorboat for an excursion to Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the busiest floating markets in the Mekong Delta. Hundreds of small boats gather here, maneuvering for space as vendors sell their goods. Continue through palm-shaded creeks to observe local houses and lush orchards.
Check out and disembark at Ninh Kieu Pier in Can Tho, where you will meet your vehicle. Enjoy lunch at a restaurant or on board, depending on the river tide and the availability of the Mien Tay boat.
After lunch, drive back to Saigon.

We spent two half days and one night on this boat, we were only 8 on board and we had a fabulous time, guide of the boat speaking perfectly French and who made us visit villages by interesting us with the flora and to the life of its inhabitants, ballad in sampan, crew very friendly and very good food. A very good parenthesis and rest.

I went on a Mekong delta cruise on a traditional boat from My Tho on a small group tour. We got into a smaller boat with 3 of us in one boat powered by a lady rowing the boat to explore the canals on the Mekong delta. We had a traditional Vietnamese lunch and explored or relaxed the area after lunch. The Mekong delta cruise on a traditional boat plus the canal ride on a small boat is a unique experience which I would recommend to tourists visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
