For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Hanoi - Hai Phong - Lan Ha bay

9:00–9:30: An optional bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. You will then travel directly via the highway to Cat Hai Port in Hai Phong City to board the cruise.
12:00: Arrive at the pier’s office, where you will be warmly welcomed by our crew.
12:30: Board Mon Chéri Cruises and enjoy a welcome drink and a cold towel. Before checking in to your cabin, you will receive a cruise briefing and safety instructions. The cruise will then set sail, and you will enjoy lunch in Mon Chéri’s luxurious restaurant while admiring the beautiful waterways along the route to Ha Long Bay.
15:00: Arrive at Light and Dark Cave, where you can explore by kayak or take a bamboo boat rowed by local people. Then return to Mon Chéri Cruises and enjoy swimming near the ship.
17:30: Return to Mon Chéri Cruises to admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin and enjoy a complimentary sunset party.
Next, join a cooking demonstration and learn how to prepare traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.
You can also enjoy an onboard massage service. (Please book directly with the Cruise Manager on board.)
19:00: Enjoy a wonderful dining experience.
20:30–00:00: After dinner, admire the bay’s nighttime scenery from the sundeck, relax to romantic ballad music, enjoy drinks at the bar, try your luck at squid fishing, watch a movie, or unwind in your cabin.

- Day 2: Lan Ha bay - Viet Hai village - Cat Ba island

6:00: Start your day early by admiring the magnificent sunrise or joining a Tai Chi class on the sundeck. Enjoy a fragrant cup of coffee made from a special blend created exclusively for Mon Chéri, or refresh yourself with a cup of tea.
7:00: A buffet breakfast is served.
08:00: Transfer to a day boat and head to Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island. Enjoy a bicycle ride through the village, admiring the stunning rice-field scenery along the way. You will then have time to trek through the forest and explore a hidden cave. (Alternatively, you can explore the village by electric car at an additional cost.)
12:00: Return to the day boat and enjoy a BBQ lunch on board.
13:45: Go kayaking to explore Van Boi Bay and visit the floating village to see how local people live. Afterwards, enjoy swimming at a pristine beach.
16:00: Return to Mon Chéri Cruises. Take a shower and freshen up before joining the sunset party with a new group of guests.
19:15: Another wonderful dining experience awaits you.
20:45–00:00: After dinner, admire the bay’s nighttime scenery from the sundeck, relax to lovely music, enjoy drinks at the bar, try your luck at squid fishing once again, watch a movie, or unwind in your cabin.

06:00: Wake up early and start your perfect day with a Tai Chi class or admire the sunrise from the sundeck. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea to complete your relaxing morning.
7:00–9:00: Enjoy a buffet breakfast served in the restaurant.
9:30: Visit Cat Ba Island. Take a bus to Trung Trang Cave, a spectacular cave featuring beautiful stalactites and stalagmites, located in Cat Ba National Park.
10:30: Return to the boat and check out of your cabin. Enjoy brunch in the restaurant while the boat sails back to the pier. Settle your bill before the end of the trip.
12:00: Disembark and return to the port.
Transfer to Hanoi by D-Car.
14:30: Arrive in Hanoi. End of the trip.

I enjoyed my vacation with Moon Cherry cruise, one of the staff Thuy was very helping. This was the first overseas travel with my father and mother, I was worried about their satisfaction. However, They were absolutely satisfied with Moon Cherry Cruise program. Thank you.

Great crew top class ship food fabulous you need to do 3 day 2 night .Only thing I could say that would make it better & this comes from other guests I spoke to was the bat cave not worth it & to much time spent at fish farm that all the people we were with wanted more time on thebeachs & paddling in kayaks to beach’s .

We booked the 3 day 2 night trip and it was absolutely worth it to stay for the full length. The activities were both relaxing and fun (biking, swimming, kayaking etc)! Of course the staff was very friendly and in general very young & accomodative. We were sceptical at first if a cruise trip is for young people but we were quickly convinced! Nature is absolutely stunning!
