For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Hanoi - Halong bay

07:45 – 08:30: Optional hotel pickup in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, followed by a transfer to Ha Long Bay. The journey takes approximately 3.5–4 hours.
12:30: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbour and enjoy a 20-minute break at the Oasis Bay Lounge before boarding.
13:00: Transfer to the cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink, followed by a cruise briefing, safety instructions, and cabin check-in. The cruise departs, and the program begins.
13:30 – 14:30: Enjoy a special lunch on board while cruising past Dog Islet, Fighting Cock Islet (the symbol of Ha Long Bay), Hoa Cuong Fishing Village, and Swan Islet. After lunch, the Oasis Bay Classic Cruise continues exploring the wonders of Ha Long Bay before anchoring in the Frog Pond area.
15:30 – 17:00: Explore this beautiful area by kayaking through majestic limestone scenery or swimming in the emerald-green waters.
17:15 – 18:45: Relax on the sundeck with cocktails, tropical fruits, and a selection of fine local wines. Then, join a cooking demonstration with our chef to learn how to prepare one of Vietnam’s most popular dishes, fresh spring rolls, or unwind in the outdoor Jacuzzi.
19:00 – 20:00: Savour a specially prepared gourmet dinner on board.
21:00 – 23:00: Enjoy evening activities at your leisure, including squid fishing.

08:00: Put on your swimwear and board our transfer boat for another unforgettable day trip to explore one of the world’s natural wonders. Enjoy kayaking in Ho Dong Tien, followed by lunch on board the day boat.
15:00 – 16:00: Cruise to a pearl farm to learn firsthand how pearls are cultivated and harvested.
16:30 – 17:00: Return to the Oasis Bay Classic Cruise, take a refreshing hot shower, and enjoy your second night on board.

08:00 – 09:00: Visit Sung Sot Cave and climb approximately 600 steps to discover its magnificent limestone formations. This is one of the largest and most impressive caves in Ha Long Bay.
09:30: Check out of your cabin and settle any outstanding bills.
10:30: Enjoy lunch on board as the Oasis Bay Classic Cruise sails back to Tuan Chau Harbour.
12:30 – 12:45: Guests who have booked the shuttle bus will be picked up at the Oasis Bay Lounge.
17:00 – 17:30: Arrive in Hanoi.

We stayed in the Suite with balcony for a day on the cruise and i must say that this was the best part of our trip to Vietnam. We were picked from our hotel by the cruise representative on time and the journey to Halong Bay took 4 hours from Hanoi. We boarded the cruise at 1 pm and were briefed on the itinerary and were served with refreshing juice during our check-in. We then had lunch and our dietary requirements (veg.) were taken care off. The cruise drives into secluded parts of Halong Bay which provides a refreshing perspective to the stay amidst calm waters and nature. The rooms were beautifully done and facilities on board included jacuzzi, bar and ample sitting deck to rest. The staff was amazingly helpful and went out of their way to help make this stay top notch and comfortable. We had kayaking as an activity and the next day morning had Tai-Chi class (which is ok..) and visit to the caves (fantastic and must visit). The refreshments and meals served were tasty. The only sore point was our trip back to Hanoi when the bus that was supposed to pick us up got delayed by 1.5 hours.

We went on the Oasis bay classic cruise and enjoyed every minute. We were picked up at our hotel at the time specified and travelled to Ha long bay on a very luxurious bus, our guide Vin was very knowledgable and funny. Once we got to the marina we we only had a short wait to board our cruise boat. Sammy took over as our guide for the cruise, Sammy was excellent! knowledgable and had a good sense of humour, him as well as all of the staff on board made the trip that extra bit better. Would definitely book the same cruise again if we came back!

We have an enjoyable and fun cruise thanks to our tour guide Victor, who was very friendly, helpful, patient, and also fun. Highly recommended if you are looking for an English guide, as his spoken English is excellent. Great attitude and very approachable!
