For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Note:
- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries

06:00–06:30: Our guide and bus will pick you up at your hotel. On the way, stop to visit La Vang Church. Our guide will also present the history of Quang Tri Citadel (non-stop), which was built in 1824. The fierce battle that lasted 81 days and nights made this citadel well-known around the world.
11:30: Arrive at Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. Have lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, cruise along the Son River to Phong Nha Cave. You will be amazed by the magical and magnificent caves. Phong Nha also boasts underground rivers, large caverns, passageways, and broad, pristine sandbanks. Phong Nha Cave, the most impressive cave, is probably also the most beautiful, featuring fascinating rock formations with imaginative names such as Bi Ky, Cung Dinh, and Tien. Inside Phong Nha Cave, the stalactites and stalagmites look even more enchanting as they glitter when illuminated by the right light.
15:30: Return to Hue via the Ho Chi Minh Trail.
Around 18:00: Arrive in Hue and drop you off at your hotel. End of the tour!

Marvelous sceneries! The boat ride is amazing, and more amazing is the trekking tour in the cave. Inside the cave is totally a different world, the atmosphere is so comfortable compared to the heat outside. Our tour guide is a young man but he is very enthusiastic. He sang for us a song as a goodbye before finishing the trip

Worth joining tour!! This is my first time to Vietnam. I had expected so much before coming here. And it didn't make me disappointed. Nice service! Spectacular scenery! Pickup in time and very friendly and helpful tour guide.

Fantastic tour! The way from Hue to Ke Bang park is so beautiful, we traveled through a part with two sides are the white sand dunes, it looks like driving in the middle desert. Then, boat tour to the cave is no less amazing. The river is green with mountains and forests in 2 banks, local people are fishing in the river. Must visit!

We went there after a day tour in Hue and it didn't make us disappointed. I really love Phong Nha cave, it is a large cave with many pillars and beautiful stalactites. We came to Phong Nha cave at noon, so it was a bit crowded. it will be better to go earlier to avoid the crowd.

It took 3 hours and 30 minutes to get Phong Nha-Ke Bang from Hue. Along the way, the bus stopped first in Vinh Moc tunnel, it is a war relic, and the guide told us the touching history stories about the Vietnamese people in the past. The main destination is Phong Nha caves, the caves are so amazing , mostly we moved by boat on the green river before trekking in caves. Worth visiting destination!
