For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Titop island

07:45–08:30: Optional pick-up from hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, followed by a stop along the way before reaching Halong Bay.
12:00: Relax and enjoy fresh tea in the Gray Line lobby before check-in.
12:30: Board the Gray Line cruise at its private pier, where the crew will warmly welcome you with a welcome drink. Listen to the tour guide’s briefing, check in to your cabin, and take some time to rest.
13:30: Enjoy a delicious set-menu lunch as the boat cruises towards the heart of the bay. After lunch, relax and admire the spectacular scenery. As the afternoon light softens, hundreds of islands with distinctive shapes emerge across the horizon. The journey itself is part of the experience, offering you the perfect opportunity to admire Halong Bay’s unparalleled beauty at a leisurely pace.
15:00: Transfer by tender to Luon Cave. Discover the tranquility of the area by kayaking or taking a traditional rowing boat. Whichever option you choose, enjoy a peaceful escape surrounded by the bay’s natural beauty.
16:00: Transfer by tender to Titop Island. Choose from a variety of activities, including sunbathing, swimming, or climbing to the island’s summit for breathtaking panoramic views of Halong Bay.
Recommendation: Climb to the top of the island and enjoy a spectacular bird’s-eye view of the bay!
17:30: Return to the cruise and relax as dusk falls. Enjoy complimentary seasonal fruits on the sundeck.
18:30: Join a cooking demonstration on the sundeck. Try preparing traditional Vietnamese dishes and discover your culinary skills!
19:30: Enjoy a delicious dinner in a romantic setting, featuring fresh seafood barbecue.

21:00: Enjoy your choice of evening activities, such as watching a movie, playing board games or cards, playing the guitar, or going squid fishing by tender.

08:30–16:00: Board a sightseeing boat without cabins and explore another part of Halong Bay. Enjoy the ever-changing scenery as the boat cruises through the bay. During this excursion, you can take part in the following activities:

Explore Ho Dong Tien (Fairy Lake) Cave: Discover one of Halong Bay’s remarkable caves, known for its geological and geomorphological features and its role in the formation of this natural heritage site.

Kayaking or swimming: Depending on the tides and weather conditions, enjoy kayaking or swimming around the Trong (Drum) Cave area.

Visit a pearl farm: End the day’s sightseeing at one of Halong Bay’s famous pearl farms. Learn about the process of cultivating and harvesting pearls and transforming them into valuable jewelry.

06:00: Wake-up call (upon request). Start your morning with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck or admire the spectacular sunrise as its golden rays illuminate the islands of Halong Bay.
07:00: Enjoy a light breakfast. Tea and coffee are complimentary.
07:45: Visit Surprise Cave (Sung Sot Cave), discovered by the French in 1901 and opened to tourists in 1936. Today, it is one of Halong Bay’s must-see attractions, renowned for its impressive beauty, vast size, and geological significance. Bring your camera and wear comfortable shoes to capture the cave’s remarkable formations.
09:15: Return to the boat to freshen up and check out of your cabin. There is no need to wait on board after checking out, as the Gray Line cruise will follow a different route back to the marina, offering stunning views of the bay’s iconic islets and natural scenery.
10:30: Enjoy a farewell buffet lunch while the boat continues cruising back to the marina.
11:30: Say goodbye to the Gray Line crew, taking home wonderful memories of Halong Bay. Enjoy a cup of tea in the lobby while waiting for the shuttle bus or your private car transfer back to Hanoi.

We enjoyed our Halong Bay cruise ship vacation with Gray Line Cruise. To have a chance to see Halong Bay during at night and early morning was a great experience. We liked the foods they serve to us. The captain of the ship is very helpful to their guests. People of vietnam are ao great.

Much enjoyed overnight trip with local tour guide Mr Tan who spoke excellent English and gave us lots of local information from Hanoi on the shuttle company bus and Halong Bay. Nice view and excellent services on cruise. Much enjoyed activities as swimming on the sand beach and kayaking pass Luon cave. Highly recommend to every one!

We and our adult daughter found the crew and tour guide Cong, very friendly and helpful. The cabins, dining room, top deck bar and leisure area were all excellent. Halong Bay scenery was spectacular and places visited were all extremely interesting. A most enjoyable trip, notwithstanding the very large number of Chinese tourists encountered when ashore. We are very grateful to Cong for rearranging the timing of our visits to these attractions to avoid the ever present congestion problem. We are all also very grateful to our waiter Chinh who took great pains to ensure that all our allergy problems were addressed and who also participated in the cooking and tai chi classes as well as explaining many interesting aspects of Vietnamese culture.

First of all.... special thanks to Chinh (Waiter), he is a very professional and very friendly english speaking gentleman. There isn't a "no" if you need something. Always asking if everything is fine for us. The complete Team and Tourguide were very great, so very good Staff. If you want to do the halong tour, its better to take the 3D/2N tour. The Tour on the second day was realy relaxing and beautiful. There were only a hand full of tourists at kayaking and at the oyster farm, the crew from the day boat we went with was also very friendly and funny. Ti To Island on the first day is not so good, there are so many tourists, you cannot imagine. better to stay on the boat and relax. The Tour on the 3 day to the surprise cave was great. A very very large and beautiful cave. The meals on boat were excellent. So thank you to Chinh and the whole crew.

We had a 3 day 2 night cruise in Ha Long bay, and we very much enjoyed ourselves. Drinks on the boat were available for purchase on board, but there was never any pressure to buy and I didn't think it was excessively priced. The food was beyond plentiful--it was really good, with tons of it and they were more than accommodating for vegetarians. The rooms, while not new, were very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was beyond accommodating and we were very happy. Johnny was our guide our first day, TimTam for the next 2 days. They were both great! TimTam went above and beyond with our children, indulging them with their attempts at magic and riddles, and then showing them a few of his own. He also was a great guide and was very knowledgeable about the area and excursion sites. The rooms, while not new, were very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was beyond accommodating and we were very happy. On the second day we took a day boat out and Nam was a super amazing guide. We were so happy with his knowledge, his demeanor and his way with the kids. Would highly recommend taking a tour with him. Overall was a great experience!
