    For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

    • More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
    • 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
    • 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
    • 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
    • Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

    Notes:

    • There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
    • For no show cases, there will be no refund.
    • All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us
  • Cancellation by Weather

    In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

    • From 9 to 11 years old: 75% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.

Itineraries

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh city - Ben Tre - Ham Luong - Can Tho

8:00 a.m. Pick-up from your hotel and depart for Ben Tre to enjoy the following activities:

  • Take a motorboat and cruise along the Ham Luong River.
  • Experience life in the Mekong Delta’s coconut town, where unique handicrafts are made from coconut.
  • Enjoy the cool river breeze and lush tropical islands.
  • See how activated charcoal, dried coconut, and handy coconut-husk brooms are made.
  • Ride around the village roads in a “Xe Lôi,” a local vehicle.
  • Have lunch at a local host’s home.
  • Cycle along village roads.
  • Visit a local fruit plantation and enjoy seasonal fresh fruit.
  • Relax as you slowly row through natural canals in a small boat.

Meet your car or van and travel directly to Can Tho City. Stay overnight at a hotel (a homestay is optional).

Enjoy free time to explore Can Tho City at night.

Day 2: Cai Rang floating market - Ho Chi Minh city

Have breakfast at the hotel.

Take a leisurely boat trip along the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River), then visit Cai Rang Floating Market.

Take a walking tour of a fruit plantation and a local noodle factory, known for its “Vietnamese pizza.”

Cycle to the village and see the largest tree in town, Ficus microcarpa (Giàn Gừa).

Return to Ninh Kieu Pier and have lunch at a restaurant.

Enjoy some time to relax before returning to Saigon.

Your tour guide and driver will transfer you to your hotel in Saigon. End of tour.
