    For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

    • More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
    • 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
    • 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
    • 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
    • Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

    Notes:

    • There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
    • For no show cases, there will be no refund.

    In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given

Itineraries

Day 1: Hanoi city tour

8:00 AM: Your tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday mornings and throughout October), the One-Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda, and the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (included on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays).

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature, followed by Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. At the end of the day, enjoy a cyclo ride around Hanoi’s Old Quarter before being dropped off at your hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi - Tam Coc - Hoa Lu

07:30–08:00 AM: Your tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel. Then, transfer via the expressway from Hanoi to Ninh Binh for a comfortable and time-saving journey.

The first stop is Tam Coc town, where you will take bicycles to explore the local area, with three stops along the cycling route: Bich Dong Pagoda, an ancient pagoda located in a mountain cave; Dam Khe local village, where you can gain a vivid insight into the local lifestyle; and Co Vien Lau, an outdoor museum.

Around 12:15 PM: Have lunch at a local restaurant. During the meal, you will have the chance to enjoy Ninh Binh's specialties, including goat meat served with herbs. After lunch and a short rest, start a nearly two-hour boat trip along Tam Coc on traditional hand-rowed boats.

03:00 PM: Say goodbye to Tam Coc and head to the historical area of Trang An – Hoa Lu, the site of the first capital of Dai Viet (present-day Vietnam). Here, you will visit the temples of two kings, King Dinh and King Le, who founded Vietnam around 1,000 years ago. After leaving Hoa Lu, continue to Bamboo Homestay, where you can relax and enjoy drinks while watching the sunset.

05:00 PM: Say goodbye to Ninh Binh and return to Hanoi via the expressway.

06:30–07:00 PM: Arrive back at your hotel.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay – overnight on a cruise

08:00–08:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and depart for Halong Bay.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed on board, check in to your cabin, and enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurant.

In the afternoon, activities may include visiting one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay, a floating village for a bamboo boat ride, an island for relaxing or swimming, and a lagoon for kayaking.

Return to the boat, where you can join a cooking class or a sunset cocktail party before dinner.

The evening is free at your leisure, or you can join the crew for a squid-fishing trip. Overnight in a private cabin on a shared cruise.

Day4: Halong Bay cruising – back to Hanoi

Morning tea and coffee will be served early. You can optionally join a Tai Chi class on the sundeck or enjoy taking photos in the early morning.

After breakfast, other activities may include (if not arranged on the first or second day) visiting the cave, joining a cooking class, or climbing to the top of an island for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

Then, check out and enjoy the spectacular views of the bay. Have a farewell lunch while passing numerous islands and islets featuring karst formations on the way back to the harbor.

Arrive at the harbor around 12:00 PM and board the bus back to Hanoi.

I would really recommend if you are traveling with family. Friendly service, complete history knowledge of the guide, feedback after the experience and delivery of souvenirs. We went solo by a small car and did not want to end quickly without any time, and kindly answered every question. I do not know if there is a Korean guide, but if you give me some English, I think it will be a perfect tour. Recommended for everyone.
