For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Note:
- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1 : Saigon - Ben Tre - Can Tho

Morning
Pick-up at your hotel and transfer to Ben Tre River Pier.
Take a boat trip along the Ben Tre River to observe local activities, including fishing with nets. Stop at a local coconut workshop to learn how coconut products are traditionally made by hand.
Continue by motorboat along natural canals to Nhon Thanh, where you can enjoy local specialties from the coconut region, such as fresh coconut water and grapefruit.
Walk along country lanes to visit a coconut processing workshop, see how rice paper cakes are made, and discover handicrafts crafted from coconut wood. Enjoy an interesting ride by motorbike or bicycle through coconut groves, rice fields, and local farms. You will also have the opportunity to observe a local household making traditional straw mats.
Stop at a local home to relax and enjoy lunch featuring local dishes.
Continue with a rowing boat trip along narrow canals shaded by dense coconut groves before reaching the river estuary.
At the end of your journey, return to Ben Tre River Pier by motorboat and transfer to Can Tho.
Check in at Victoria Hotel and stay overnight in Can Tho.

After breakfast, at around 7:00 am, board a boat to visit Cai Rang Floating Market.
8:40 am: Return to Victoria Hotel.
9:30 am: Set off for a local market, where seasonal fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices from the Mekong Delta are introduced.
11:15 am: Return to the hotel to relax and freshen up.
11:45 am: Welcome to the main kitchen and prepare for the cooking class. Learn about different Vietnamese cooking styles, meet the Vietnamese chef, and discover the dishes you will prepare.
12:00 pm: Prepare the dishes together with the kitchen team.
1:30 pm: Sit down at the kitchen's VIP table and enjoy the lunch you have prepared.
Enjoy free time to relax at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

The activity is quite complete and very comfortable because it is a very small group. Personally, I have to indicate that I have a phobia of snakes and I mentioned it to the guide from the moment he said that we would see some python, so he always tried to take me away and he was worried that he was fine.

Great but exhausting whole trip to Mekong delta included unicorn island. Really enjoyable overall lunch was beautiful it was just really really hot. This isn’t suitable for people even slight mobility issues.

We took 3-day tours. Both guide and driver were on time and the trip was well organized. Our guide was Ahn who has a great personality and is actally from the Mekong. Thanks to all involved we had an action packed couple of days. Very enjoyable.

The tour was great to see various aspects of this part of the country and as it was a rather small group also not a hassle or uncomfortable in any way. There was a lot to see with interesting information from the guide and interactions with locals on one stop or the other. Best part was definitely the small boat tour through the narrow canals and the honey tea on one of the small islands.
