  • Cancellation by Customer

    For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

    • More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
    • 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
    • 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
    • 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
    • Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

    Note:

    • The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
    • There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
    • For no show cases, there will be no refund.
    • All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us
  • Cancellation by Weather

    In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

  • Children Policy
    • Under 4 years: Free of Charge.
    • From 4 to 8 years old: 50% of adult’s fare and sharing bed with parents.
    • From 9 to 11 years old: 75% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
    • Students with ID student card: 95% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
    • Over 11 years old: 100% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.

Itineraries

Day 1: Hue - City tour

Upon arrival at Phu Bai Airport in Hue, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel for check-in.

14:00: In the afternoon, take a bus tour to explore Hue City and visit the Tomb of King Khai Dinh.

Enjoy free time for dinner. Overnight at your hotel in Hue.

Day 2: Hue

08:00: In the morning, enjoy a boat trip along the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, regarded as a royal pagoda of the Nguyen Dynasty. Continue to visit the tombs of King Tu Duc and King Khai Dinh. Lunch will be served at a garden restaurant.

14:00: In the afternoon, visit the Imperial Citadel, followed by a visit to Dong Ba Market.

Overnight at your hotel in Hue.

Day 3 : Hue - My Son - Hoi An

07:30: In the morning, transfer to Hoi An. Enjoy some time to relax at Lang Co Beach and stop at Hai Van Pass, which stretches for approximately 30 km.

Continue to My Son Sanctuary, an ancient religious center of the Cham people, located approximately 40 km southwest of Hoi An. This site is another UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After lunch at a local restaurant in My Son, transfer to Hoi An. Enjoy free time to relax.

Day 4: Hoi An - Lantern making

08:00 AM: Our local guide will meet you in the hotel lobby, where you will set off by regular bicycle to visit a local craftsman's home in the city. Here, you will receive a brief introduction to the history, shapes, and colors of Vietnamese lanterns, as well as the various stages of their production. You will then be shown how to decorate and make your own lantern, which you can keep as a souvenir.

After saying goodbye to your host, continue cycling to Tra Que Vegetable Village, where you will enjoy lunch. Return to your hotel by bicycle. Enjoy free time at your leisure.

Day 5: Hoi An - Da Nang - Departure

Enjoy free time in the afternoon at your leisure until it is time to be picked up and transferred to Da Nang Airport for your departure flight.

We visited My son early in the morning as recommended by locals as afternoon is very busy. It turned out to be a good idea as it was very hot (41 degrees) and 70% humidity. It’s a lovely place, full of historical moments. It takes about 2-3 hours to see everything but definitely worth a trip from Hoi An.

Ruins are being restored faithfully. Significant historical significance. Setting is beautiful. Short show at 9:15 also really entertaining. Definitely worth a trip
