For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

08:00 Optional transfer picks you up at hotel in Hnaoi Old Quarter, then transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay
12:00 Arrive at Ancora Lounge on Tuan Chau island
12:45 Board the boat and start your journey. Enjoy welcome drinks during the itinerary and safety briefing from Cruise Manager
13:00 Let the vacation begin with a set lunch as the boat cruises towards the southeast of Halong Bay, passing Fighting- Cock and Finger Islet.
14:30 Explore Surprise cave, one of the biggest caves in Halong Bay with beautiful stalactites
15:15 Swim or hike on Titov Island.
16:00 Optional onboard activities traditional spa extra charge, sunbathing on board.
17:30 Traditional Vietnamese cooking and fruit carving demonstration on sundeck (or in the restaurant in case of inclement weather) while boat cruises to overnight anchorage area.
19:30 Set menu dinner is served in the restaurant.
21:00 Relax in your cabin or join our staff at the reception for squid fishing.

Book an Ancora Cruise two-day and one-night trip to Halong Bay with a travel agency recommendation. I can only say that since I boarded the shuttle bus, I felt that all the services were very intimate. Manager Tommy will pay attention to the status of each passenger. The meal is delicious and the event is wonderful. Even if you don't participate in the event, you can stay on the boat for a spa or take a nap to enjoy the view.

A beautiful ship, wonderful and friendly staff combined with incredible food and activities makes for a winning recipe! The staff were very professional and helpful and loved joking around, making it a fun time for all! The cabins are comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. We saw caves, went kayaking, had massages, took part in the cooking demonstration and had a sunset swim! The perfect 24 hour getaway! Thank you Ancora!

The Ancora Cruise was not our original destination but WOW I am so glad we got the opportunity to stay on this cruise. Our original plan was to stay on the Glamor Star Cruise but this was a scam and with the help of the amazing crew of the Ancora Cruise and the friendly people working at the docks and the government they took us with a speedboat to board the cruise and enjoy the most amazing night. We met so much amazing people and I would recommend this cruise to anyone who plans on visiting Ha Long Bay. We will definitely come for our anniversary every chance we get.
