For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Hanoi - Lan Ha Bay

08:00–08:30: Optional pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter.
Travel by bus through the peaceful landscapes of the Red River Delta, passing rice fields across three provinces. There will be one short break along the way.
12:30: Arrive at the harbor, where the Azela crew will warmly welcome you on board. Explore the boat, check in to your cabin, and enjoy lunch on board with fresh seafood (vegetarian or vegan meals are available upon request).
The cruise escapes the crowds and offers a different way to explore Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you can admire distinctive islets, including Cap Bai Island and Ngon Tay Island (Finger Islet).
Afternoon: Kayaking, Swimming, and Snorkeling in Lan Ha Bay
The boat stops at Dark and Bright Cave (Hang Sang and Hang Toi). You will then take a two-person kayak with a paddle and row through narrow passages between the karst mountains to enter the caves. This is the area where the movie Kong: Skull Island was filmed.
After kayaking, we will transfer you to a quiet beach in Lan Ha Bay, where you can swim, snorkel to see the corals, or relax on the sandy beach. This is the highlight of the day.
At the end of the afternoon, return to the boat for the sunset party. Enjoy a glass of wine and fresh fruit, and take amazing photos as the sun sets behind the mountains.
Enjoy dinner and spend the night on the lovely, peaceful bay for an unforgettable experience.

The boat takes you to Pearl Farm Village to see local fishermen producing beautiful Ha Long pearls.

Tourists can try casting a fishing net to experience life as a fisherman. This is a fun experience to share with friends.
10:00: Check out of your cabin and take part in a cooking class. Our guide will show you how to prepare some famous traditional Vietnamese dishes that you can easily recreate at home.

12:30: Say goodbye to the cruise and board the bus back to Hanoi if you have booked the bus transfer with us.
16:30: Arrive in Hanoi. End of the tour!

· The room we booked came with a private balcony. I did enjoyed it for an hour just to see the amazing gift the nature offers. The itinerary was good, a lot of activities! I enjoyed the kayaking the most as you feel you are just very close to the nature. The food was very nice too! We met some interesting people too! And the bar opened quite late

The attention of the staff, their enthusiasm and willingness. The great room, quality and abundant food, separate drinks to pay before check out, activities scheduled during the stay: bath with snorke, kayaking, night party, fishing, visit factory pearls, cooking class ... highly recommended! The wifi works little.

The boat was very clean and new, the cabin was large and very comfortable. Kayaking we loved and had a great time with karaoke. The food was very varied and very good and the staff very pleasant. They gave us many bottles of water and although the drinks were a little more expensive than the average in Vietnam, it was not too much either. The transfer service, although it was for a fee, was half as much as other boats we looked at. We would have liked to do some more activity around the bay, there were long waiting times on the boat that could be taken advantage of.

Wonderful experience Azela Cruise - This cruising experience was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and the guide was very informative. The boat is brand new very nice, very clean and tidy. food was outstanding and staff is wonderful. Lee is the best tour guide and is filled with knowledge. I️ can’t think of one thing that should be changed.
