For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by Asia Travel Package

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

- Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay

7:45–8:15: Optional pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
10:00: Take a short break at a stopover in Hai Duong Province.
12:00–12:30: Board Lavender Elegance Cruise, enjoy a welcome drink, attend a short cruise briefing, and check in to your cabin.
13:15: Enjoy lunch featuring fresh regional seafood while cruising through the beautiful waters of Ha Long Bay, passing iconic landmarks such as Incense Burner Island, Fighting Cock Islet, and Stone Dog Islet. Lavender Elegance Cruise takes you along a scenic route through Ha Long Bay, visited by only a few cruises.

Enjoy kayaking amid the magnificent limestone karsts at Luon Cave, visit Titop Island for swimming, or simply relax on the sundeck and admire the spectacular bay views.

Return to Lavender Elegance Cruise and join the sunset party.

Cruise past Soi Sim Beach and Rang Dua Island before reaching the overnight anchorage near Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave.

Join a cooking class in the restaurant and learn how to prepare fresh or fried spring rolls and mix Vietnamese fish sauce.
19:30: Enjoy a set-menu dinner featuring a variety of Vietnamese and Asian dishes under the magnificent night sky.

- Day 2 : Halong bay – Hanoi

06:15: Enjoy morning exercises on the sundeck.
07:15: Enjoy breakfast on board, with coffee, tea, and pastries.
08:00: Visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), discovered by the French in 1901 and opened to tourists in 1936. Today, it is one of the must-see attractions in Ha Long Bay, renowned for its geological significance.
09:30: Check out of your cabin. Relax on the sundeck or in the restaurant while enjoying the bay’s scenic views.
10:15: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch while cruising back to the pier.
12:00: Disembark from the cruise. Our driver will be waiting to pick you up for the return journey to Hanoi.
16:30–17:00: Arrive in Hanoi. End of the trip!

Mr partner and I chose the 2D1N option. We had an awesome experience. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and had an ensuite. The staff are very respectful and gracious, and will go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. Food was excellent. Activities were well organised. Overall 5/5, highly recommend! Two friends and I booked a one night tour at Halong Bay on Lavender boat and everything went perfect: nice activities, amazing food and great staff! Our tour guide was Alex and he was kind and made sure everything went smoothly, giving us information, keeping track of schedule, and being always nice and polite. I would totally recommend it :)

A cruise on Ha Long Bay seems to be on every tourist’s itinerary and with good reason as the scenery is truly lovely. But what made this cruise truly special was the guide, Alex, and the crew on the ship. Our ship was just the right size. ( some of the ships docked in the bay were quite large) with a smaller ship you get more personalized service and get to know the other passengers, who I’m happy to say were a congenial and interesting group from all over the world. The food was excellent and the presentation was beautiful. Alex made sure that everyone was having a great time and made everyone feel welcome.
