For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by Asia Travel Package

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Hanoi - Hai Phong - Lan Ha bay

9:00-9:30: Optional bus will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and we will then proceed to the highway directly to Cat Hai Port in Hai Phong city for the cruise.
12:00: We arrive at the office in the pier where you will be welcomed by our crew.
12:30: Embark Mon Chéri Cruises. You will be served a welcome drink and provided with a cold towel. This will be followed by a cruise briefing where you will also be given safety instructions before checking in to your cabin. We will set sail and you will have lunch in Mon Cheri's luxury restaurant while enjoying the beauty of the canals on our way to Halong Bay.
15:00: We arrive at Light and Dark Cave, where you can do kayaking or bamboo boat rowed by local people. Then return to Mon Chéri Cruises, followed by swimming near the ship.
17:30: Return to Mon Chéri Cruises, where you can admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin and enjoy a complimentary sunset party.
Then take part in cooking demonstration to learn about our Vietnamese cuisine of traditional spring rolls.
You can also enjoy the massage service which is available onboard. (Please book directly with the Cruise Manager on the boat)
19:00: A great dining experience awaits you.
20:30-0:00: After finishing dinner, you can enjoy the landscape of the bay at night up on the top deck, relax with romantic ballad music, enjoy drinks from the bar try your luck at squid fishing, watch a movie or relax in your room.

06:00: Wake up early to start your perfect day with Tai Chi class or watch the sunset on the top deck. Enjoying a cup of coffee and tea is ideal choice.
7:00 – 9:00: Buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant.
9:30: Visit Cat ba island. You are taken by bus to visit Trung Trang Cave, the most beautiful stalagmite and stalactite cave, located in Cat Ba National Park.
10:30: Return the boat and check out the cabin. Then have brunch in restaurant while the boat sails back to pier. We settle the bill at the end of trip.
12:00: Check out boat and return to port.
Get on the D-car transfer and return to Hanoi.
14:30: Arrive at Hanoi. End of the trip

We booked 2D 1N cruise trip, to celebrate my birthday, and all the staff help me celebrate my birthday in style. A big thank you to all staffs to make my birthday really special and memorable. Thanks all the crew members for giving us wonderful memories of Halong Bay trip! In my view, anything less than 5 ***** wouldn’t do justice to you service standards. Highly recommended, if you are planning for Halong Bay trip!

We wanted to cruise Halong Bay but there were sooooo many options out there. I posted on a forum asking for suggestions and was told to check out Mon Cheri for two major reasons. 1) the cruise line is new and beautiful 2) the port location is about two hours closer to Hanoi than the port most cruises leave from. We like the idea of only being in the car 2.5 hours. I am glad we ended up booking with Mon Cheri. The boat is amazing. It feels very new and luxurious. There are few passengers on the boat so you feel like you have plenty of space. Each room has a balcony. The food was very good. The customer service was outstanding. The bay is gorgeous and makes for an wonderful ride and experience. We all loved the excursions. The tai chi was worth getting up for. Our family of 7, including two adult children and 3 younger (ages 14, 10, 8) all felt this was one of the highlights of our week in Vietnam. Well worth the money.

The Mon Cheri cruise was excellent. The boat is brand new, and you can tell. The cabins are phenemonal, each with balconies. Ours had a jacuzzi bath with window, and that was amazing. The crew were all so welcoming and happy to help, the excursions were fine - but they were obviously the same trips every tour takes, so don't expect anything individual. Food and drink are great, not exceptional but cater for all. Halong Bay is full of tours and this one seems better than most - predominantly because it goes from Hai Phong City so is easier and quicker to get to from Hanoi and avoids a lot of the crowded areas on the bay for long periods. Don't hesitate to book.

Hello there! We plan to visit Ha Long Bay on 14/10/2018 - 15/10/201 8for 2 adults. Here are some questions we would like you to answer: 0. Are the any rooms for us? 1. Are there any free shuttle bus to transfer us from HN (city centre) - HL and HL -HN (airport) ?? 2. If any, how long does these trips take or else how much are the fare costs? Since we have to take the night flight on the end of the 2 day trip at Hanoi Airport, we have to make sure we have enough time to get back to the airport on 15/10/2018. 3. Are there any visa arrangement for our Vietnam tours? Thank you!
