    For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

    • More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
    • 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
    • 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
    • 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
    • Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

    Notes:

    • There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
    • For no show cases, there will be no refund.
    • All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us
  • Cancellation by Weather
    •  In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

    • Under 4 years: Free of Charge.
    • From 4 to 8 years old: 50% of adult’s fare and sharing bed with parents.
    • From 9 to 11 years old: 75% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
    • Students with ID student card: 95% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
    • Over 11 years old: 100% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.

Itineraries

Day 1: Hanoi – Halong bay

08:00 Pick-up at your hotel and transfer to Ha Long Bay.

11:30–12:15 Arrive at Tuan Chau International Pier and receive a warm welcome at Victory Café.

12:15 Transfer to the cruise ship. Enjoy a welcome drink, attend the cruise briefing and safety instructions, and check in to your cabin before departing for Ha Long Bay.

13:00 Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese set lunch as Victory Star cruises towards Bai Tu Long Bay, passing Hon Gai and Cam Pha towns, Oan Lagoon, and Mat Quy (Monster Head) and Am Tich (Teapot) Islets.

15:00 Transfer from Victory Star Cruise to a rowing boat to visit Vung Vieng Fishing Village. Explore the floating village with local female rowers dressed in traditional costumes. Discover the daily lives of local fishermen and experience the charm of the surrounding natural landscape.

16:00 Return to Victory Star Cruise and enjoy some free time at your leisure, or choose from optional activities such as kayaking through the floating village or swimming near the boat. Other onboard activities include sunbathing and traditional massage services.

17:00 Continue cruising through the bay.

18:00 Anchor for the overnight stay in the Ho Dong Tien area.

18:30 Enjoy a cooking demonstration on board.

19:30 Savour a delicious five-course set dinner in the dining room.

21:00 Enjoy evening activities, including relaxing on the sundeck, beauty spa services, Happy Hour, or night fishing.

Day 2: Halong – Hanoi

06:30 Enjoy the sunrise over the bay or join our morning Tai Chi class.

07:00 Enjoy a light breakfast. Victory Star weighs anchor and cruises through the bay, passing beautiful spots such as Trong (Drum), Trinh Nu (Virgin) and Me Cung Caves, Coc Ngoi (Toad) Islet, and more.

08:00–09:00 Arrive at Sung Sot Cave and explore one of the most famous grottos in Ha Long Bay.

09:30 Check out of your cabin, settle your bills, and collect your luggage.

10:00 Enjoy an international buffet brunch while cruising through the bay towards the pier.

11:00 Arrive at the pier.

11:30 Transfer back to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel.

We went on Victory Star's 2 cabin junk. Wow amazing service and food. Crew were wonderful and friendly. It was great going on the private junk and having it all to ourselves we were also able to dock at the attractions within Halong Bay instead of getting into a smaller boat first if on a larger boat. It was more expensive but totally worth it.
