For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. Upon arrival at the airport and after clearing immigration and customs, meet your Travel Thailand guide and transfer to your hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is free at your leisure.

- Day 2: Bangkok city tour

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up and driven to the Floating Market. Take a longtail boat to the edge of the market, then continue by paddleboat through its waterways. You will have time to walk around and observe the traditional trading of goods between vendors in their longtail boats, a practice that has continued for generations.
Return to Bangkok to visit some of the city’s highlights, including the Grand Palace, the official residence of the Kings of Siam since 1782. The complex comprises numerous buildings, halls, and pavilions set amid open lawns, gardens, and courtyards along the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Within the Grand Palace complex lies Wat Phra Kaeo, or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, one of Thailand’s most beautiful and sacred Buddhist temples.
Continue to Wat Arun, also known as the Temple of Dawn, one of Bangkok’s best-known landmarks. The temple is particularly impressive when viewed from the opposite side of the river.

- Day 3 : Bangkok - Fly to Chiang Rai

Fly to Chiang Rai, the main commercial centre serving the Golden Triangle border region of Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos. Upon arrival, visit Wat Rong Khun, also known as the White Temple, a unique example of contemporary northern Thai art. Its chapel is entirely white and adorned with exquisite traditional Thai-style stuccowork, symbolizing heaven.
If time permits, continue exploring Chiang Rai’s other major attractions, such as Wat Phra Kaew, associated with the discovery of the Emerald Buddha, and Wat Phra Singha, which houses a famous Buddha image believed to have originated in Sri Lanka (formerly known as Ceylon) and to have been brought to Thailand during the Sukhothai period (1238–1438).

- Day 4: Chiang Rai – Chiang Saen – Golden Triangle

Depart from your hotel in the morning and travel to Mae Sai, the northernmost point of Thailand, where you can experience the local lifestyle of people living in this border town. Continue to the Golden Triangle, where the Ruak and Mekong rivers meet, forming the borders of Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos. Visit the Opium Museum, then enjoy a boat trip along the river to admire the grandeur of the mighty Mekong. Return to your hotel to relax.

- Day 5: Chiang Rai – Drive to Chiang Mai

Depart Chiang Rai for Chiang Mai, stopping en route at San Kamphaeng District, which is famous for its northern Thai handicraft villages specializing in silk weaving, umbrella making, wood carving, and silverware. Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, check in at your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

- Day 6: Chiang Mai – Cooking class – Sightseeing Tour

Enjoy a cooking class in Chiang Mai. Your tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and accompany you to a local market with the chef, where you will learn about local ingredients. Then, learn to prepare the first three courses of your choice and enjoy lunch featuring the dishes you have prepared.
Continue the day with visits to some of Chiang Mai’s main temples, including Wat Suan Dok, Wat Chiang Mun, Wat Chedi Luang, and Wat Phra Singh.

- Day 7: Chiang Mai – Elephant Camp

After breakfast at the hotel, visit one of the popular elephant camps, where you can observe the elephants at work. Enjoy an elephant ride across the river and into the forest. Then, return to the elephant village by ox cart for lunch.
After lunch, enjoy a bamboo rafting adventure along the river for approximately 45 minutes. Continue to an orchid farm, where you can admire many beautiful orchid species. Afterwards, return to your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

- Day 8: Chiang Mai – Drive to Pai

Drive to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, built in 1383 and located 1,050 meters above sea level. Admire the magnificent golden pagoda, which houses sacred relics of the Buddha. From the summit of Doi Suthep, enjoy panoramic views of Chiang Mai city and the Ping Valley.
Next, visit an orchid nursery to see a large collection of more than 50 different varieties of colorful, exotic orchids that bloom year-round.
Continue driving to Pai, a small town halfway between Chiang Mai and Mae Hong Son. Travel along steep, winding mountain roads through scenic valleys, stopping at Mok Fah Waterfall, one of the notable waterfalls in Doi Suthep–Pui National Park.
Continue to the World War II Memorial Bridge, built in 1942 when Japanese troops used Pai as a military base. Overnight in Pai.

- Day 9: Pai – Drive to Mae Hong Son – Discovery

After breakfast, drive to Mae Hong Son. Visit Lod Cave, a vast cave system that was once inhabited by prehistoric humans. Take a bamboo raft into the cave and explore its passages, extending approximately 1 kilometer, where you can admire beautiful stalactites and stalagmites.
Continue to Fish Cave, a natural attraction featuring a hollow cave filled with numerous freshwater fish from the carp family. The fish are considered safe from capture, as they are believed to belong to the gods.
In the afternoon, visit Wat Doi Kong Mu, a major landmark located on a hill west of Mae Hong Son town. The temple features two Burmese-style chedis: the larger one was built in 1860, while the smaller one was erected in 1874. Enjoy panoramic views of Mae Hong Son from this hilltop site.

- Day 10: Local Experience – Drive to Chiang Mai

Get up early to visit the morning market and observe the traditional lifestyle of the local Shan people as they sell food and vegetables. This is a great opportunity to sample local dishes that differ from typical Thai cuisine.
Afterwards, drive to the boat landing for a scenic boat trip along the Pai River, passing through its exciting rapids, to visit a village of the long-necked Karen, also known as the Padong. Here, you can learn about the traditions of Karen women who wear multiple brass rings around their necks.
Take the boat back to Mae Hong Son and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before driving back to Chiang Mai.

Such an awesome experience to know about the real life of tribe people and the north Thailand nature. Our guide is so nice and good photographer. He told us a lot about the local culture and the tribe people.

As part of our family trip to Thailand we wanted to experience a little more than just the standard touristic attractions Thailand is famous for. This tour promised and delivered in full exactly what we were looking for - a chance to see first hand life at a remote village, meeting people, visiting places and doing things we could never do back home. Our guide, the driver and co-guide were wonderful. Living conditions were challenging at times, but we were prepared and knew what we were getting into. All along the way from the initial contact and correspondence until we said goodbye we encountered a professional, pleasant and dedicated conduct. Definitely one of the most memorable highlights of the trip!

Our day visiting the Hill Tribe villages was the highlight of our trip to Chiang Mai. There were 10 people in our family varying in age from late 80s to 9 years old, and every one of us felt this was a valuable, authentic, and amazing tour. Our goal was to visit the Hill Tribes in the most authentic way possible, and from the moment we were picked up, it was clear that was the motto of our guides. The relationships they had with the villagers, teachers at the school, and various people we met along the way made our visit unique and special. A photographer took photos of our day, and shared them with us at the end of our journey. We loved every minute and would count it as a MUST DO!!!

Excellent experience with a wonderful, knowledgeable guide. There were only three of us so it was almost a private tour. Everything was worth the time... from the hot springs, the white temple, opium museum, seeing the three countries at once, the hill tribes and long neck women, as well as a the relaxing lunch. Driver and guide took great care of us: cold water, rest stops and explaining everything. When the guide can answer our questions besides the main information they plan to tell everyone you get your money's worth.

Loved visiting Chiang Rai! I have wanted to see the White Temple for years and it did not disappoint. What a sight! There were many other interesting things to see and visit in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed the Hill Tribes, Emerald Buddha, Black Museum, and Opium Museum. It was nice having the opportunity to spend the night so we were not rushed. Our guide did a terrific job sharing the highlights of the area with us.
