For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Note:
- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

- Day 1: Noi Bai Arrival

Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to Hanoi city center. After checking in at your hotel, enjoy free time to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter at your own pace. Overnight at a hotel in Hanoi.

- Day 2: Hanoi - Halong Overnight Cruise

In the morning, you will be picked up by shuttle bus and transferred to Halong Bay, with a short break along the way.
Upon arrival, welcome aboard! Check in to your cabin and enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurant. In the afternoon, activities may include visiting one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay, exploring a floating village by bamboo boat, relaxing or swimming on an island, and kayaking in a lagoon.
Back on board, you can join a cooking class or enjoy a sunset cocktail party before dinner. The evening is free at your leisure, or you can join the crew for a squid fishing trip. Overnight in a private cabin on a shared cruise.

- Day 3: Halong - Hanoi - Sapa

Morning tea and coffee will be served early. You can optionally join a Tai Chi class on the sundeck or enjoy some early-morning photography.
After breakfast, activities may include (if not arranged on the first day) a cave visit, a cooking class, or a climb to the top of an island for panoramic views of Halong Bay. Then, check out and enjoy the stunning scenery as the boat passes numerous islands and islets featuring karst formations on the way back to the harbor.
Around 12:30 PM: Transfer back to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel. Store your luggage and enjoy free time for dinner before being picked up for the overnight train to Sapa (pickup around 8:30 PM). Accommodation is in a deluxe wooden cabin with air conditioning, shared by four people.

- Day 4: Lao Cai - Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van

05:00–05:30 AM: Arrive in Lao Cai early in the morning. You will be picked up and transferred to Sapa, where you can freshen up and have breakfast at the hotel.
09:30 AM: Begin a 12 km trek to visit Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority. After lunch with a local family in Lao Cai or at a nearby drinking shop by the riverbank, continue hiking to Ta Van Village of the Dzay people, where you will stay overnight with a local family. Here, you will have the opportunity to experience their daily life, work, and traditional customs.

- Day 5: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan - Sapa - Lao Cai - Hanoi

Breakfast will be served at the homestay. At 9:30 AM, begin an approximately 8 km trek to visit two villages inhabited by the Red Dzao and H’mong people (Giang Ta Chai and Su Pan). Visit a beautiful waterfall and a rattan bridge, and enjoy the scenic landscapes as you walk through a bamboo forest toward the main road, where a jeep will take you back to Sapa.
Enjoy some free time before transferring by bus to Lao Cai train station for the overnight train back to Hanoi. Overnight on the train.

- Day 6: Hanoi free walking tour

The train arrives in Hanoi at around 5:00–5:30 AM. Take a taxi at your own expense back to your hotel for breakfast (room not included). Enjoy a short rest before joining a free walking tour led by volunteer guides to explore Hanoi alongside local residents. Please note that the guides are volunteers, not professional tour guides. From start to finish with a lot of moving parts from pickups to drop offs, the tours and the guides, to the accommodation and hotel staff were absolutely amazing. We could not rate this any higher. 10 out of 10 so from myself and my wife thank you so much for everything.

Everything (transportation, tours and hotels) was organised and taken care of from the moment I arrived at the airport and up until my departure flight. The Halong Bay party cruise was so much fun. Very friendly and professional company. Highly recommended. A+
