For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Phong Nha – Hang Nuoc Nut – Phong Nha

The tour bus will pick you up at your hotel in Phong Nha between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM on the departure date before heading to our headquarters, located right next to the Son River. You will then collect your equipment, attend the safety briefing, and sign the Release Form before getting back on the bus at 9:30 AM for another 30-minute drive deeper into the National Park to the drop-off point.
From the trailhead, the team will get off the bus and start trekking through the jungle. You will spend about an hour trekking through Lang Va Valley, learning about the biodiversity of flora and fauna in Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park before stopping at the entrance to Nuoc Nut Cave for a short break and picnic lunch. A mouth-watering, jungle-style lunch will be prepared for everyone by the porter team.
At around 12:30 PM, you will continue the journey deeper into the cave, where you will find a small entrance that opens into a much larger cave. Everyone will be asked to put on their Petzl helmets and Hope Technology 1,500-lumen headlamps before proceeding deeper into the cave.
Once inside the low entrance, the cave enlarges dramatically, offering many excellent photographic opportunities. This is a wonderful chance for you and the team to witness the marvelous formations, enormous passages, and underground river. If you are lucky, you may even see a natural sunbeam illuminating this area.
After spending about three hours exploring Nuoc Nut Cave, you will enjoy kayaking along the Son River before getting on the bus to head back to our headquarters. You will depart at 4:30 PM and be dropped off at your hotel upon request.

Fantastic tour!!! MY family and I had a wonderful day discovering Nuoc Rut Cave. I was so impressed with the tour guide, he was very enthusiastic and spoke English very well. Highly recommend for all!!!

We wanted to visit Son Doong cave but it's too expensive for our family so we did Nuoc Rut cave in one day. The stalactite and stalagmites were really pretty and stunning. We highly recommended if you have short time in Quang Binh.

We know this tour thank to a recommendation of a friend and we weren't disappointed. The cave was incredible and it was so cool inside. The trek was great too. The trail was super muddy but we still enjoyed it so much. I love this tour!

We took the first trip to Nuoc Rut cave and it was totally a great experience. The equipment was excellent, staff were so professional, informative and easy to talk with. Food was so delicious. We felt so so safe because we knew we were being taken care of our guide. One of my favorite trip!

I did the Nuoc Rut one day experience. The cave is in the middle of the Phong Nha tourist area, it was a new experience for me, but so well worth it. This was definitely one of the highlights of my Vietnam trip.
