  • Cancellation by Customer

    For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

    • More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
    • 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
    • 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
    • 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
    • Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

    Notes:

    • There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
    • For no show cases, there will be no refund.
    • All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us.
  • Cancellation by Weather

    In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

    • Under 4 years: Free of Charge.
    • From 4 to 8 years old: 50% of adult’s fare and sharing bed with parents.
    • From 9 to 11 years old: 75% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
    • Students with ID student card: 95% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
    • Over 11 years old: 100% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.

Itineraries

Day 1: Boat tour - Camping on the beach

  • Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Duong Dong Town (a surcharge applies for pick-ups outside the area).

  • Travel to explore the southern part of Phu Quoc Island.

  • Visit a pearl farm.

  • Learn about the history of Phu Quoc Prison.

  • Visit a fish sauce production facility, famous for this local specialty.

  • Arrive at An Thoi Port.

  • Visit a local family, where you can purchase fresh seafood.

  • Take a boat trip to the island to enjoy coral viewing, swimming, and lunch on board.

  • Spend approximately three hours on the island setting up tents, preparing barbecue equipment, and building a campfire. You can also swim and enjoy a beachside barbecue.

  • After setting up camp, relax and enjoy the afternoon while fishing and watching the sunset.

  • In the evening, enjoy dinner featuring a barbecue and squid porridge.

  • Relax around the campfire, enjoy a barbecue, and spend your free time at night.

Day 2: Explore coral reefs - Pearl Island - Bai Sao

  • Enjoy breakfast, go for a swim, and relax.

  • Pack up the tents and camping equipment.

  • The boat will then take you to another island, where you can continue swimming and exploring coral reefs and colorful fish.

  • Enjoy lunch on board.

  • After lunch, relax on the boat's upper deck.

  • Return to the port, where your driver will be waiting for you.

  • Continue exploring Phu Quoc Island.

  • Visit Bai Sao, one of the island's most beautiful beaches, famous for its white sand. Take a leisurely walk along the beach, leave your footprints in the sand, and forget your worries as you unwind before returning to your daily routine.

  • Relax at Bai Sao before your driver takes you back to your hotel.

  • End of the 2-day, 1-night tour.

I contacted this guy prior to travel from the UK via email to arrange a full day tour of several places we chose to visit. Communication was great, responded quickly and very acommodating. Excellent rates and you get to do exactly what you want without waiting about or being rushed by the crowds like on an organised excursion. Always felt 100% safe on the island and this guy is very friendly and informative. He can arrange transport based on numbers in your group, we had 5 of us so he got a 7 seater for us so just let him know before and he will make all arrangements necessary and plan your route based on what you want to see. If you book him honestly you won't regret it!
