For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no showcases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Phuoc Tich - Tam Giang Full Day Tour

Depart from Hue in the morning for a one-hour drive to Phuoc Tich Village. Upon arrival, explore the village on foot or by bicycle, visiting ancient houses and discovering traditional handicrafts such as rice flour making and handmade pottery. Although these crafts are now practiced less frequently than in the past, we can arrange for local artisans to share their history and traditional techniques with you.
Enjoy lunch at a cozy local home in a traditional Nha Ruong house, featuring homegrown ingredients. With the assistance of our guide, learn more about Vietnamese village culture while interacting with your host.
After lunch, take a break and stroll around the village to admire its charming scenery, communal houses, river wharves, and remaining traces of Cham culture. Meet and chat with local residents to gain insight into their daily lives. The village facilitator and our guide will also introduce you to the village's history and the geographical significance of the O Lau River, one of the three major rivers in Hue that flow into Tam Giang Lagoon, one of the largest lagoons in Southeast Asia.
A boat trip on the river can be arranged for an additional US$10 per local boat.
At the end of the program, drive back to Hue.

Biking on small roads in Phuoc Tich old village was so wonderful. This village is a typical traditional village in Vietnam, right?- our guide said that. For me, old wooden houses are beautiful, landscapes are beautiful and local people are beautiful too. A local lady invited me a cup of green tea, very nice!

Peaceful countryside! it was so different from Poland countryside, but beautiful as well. I amazed with the unique bridge with roof. If I remember right, it's called Thanh Toan. Our guide was a young Hue girl, very cute and nice.

Don't miss a tour to the countryside. We both traveled to Tam Giang and Phuoc Tich in the excursion. The landscapes here are so amazing. Local released the nets on the lagoon and it looked so peaceful for me! Worth a try!
