For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

07:30–08:00 Optional pick-up from Hanoi Old Quarter to Ha Long Bay.
12:30 Receptionists welcome guests at Tuan Chau International Harbor.
12:45 The captain welcomes guests aboard Syrena Cruise via tender. Guests check in, enjoy a welcome drink, attend a safety briefing, and settle into their cabins.
13:00 Depart from Tuan Chau International Harbor to explore Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy a special lunch while cruising past famous landmarks, including Ba Hang Fishing Village, Incense Burner Islet (Dinh Huong Islet), Stone Dog Islet (Cho Da Islet), and Fighting Cocks Islet (Ga Choi Islet).
14:30 The cruise passes by Bo Nau Cave, located in the core zone of the World Heritage Site. Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay.
15:45 After exploring Sung Sot Cave, transfer by tender to Titov Island, named after Soviet astronaut Gherman Stepanovich Titov, who visited the island in 1962 at the invitation of President Ho Chi Minh. Enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach, or climbing the stone steps to the island’s summit for a breathtaking panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.
16:45 Return to the cruise and relax on the sundeck while enjoying the sunset. The cruise then proceeds to its overnight anchorage.
18:00–19:00 HAPPY HOUR – Buy one drink and get one free (excluding wine).
18:30 Enjoy a Vietnamese cooking demonstration.
19:00 Savor a set-menu dinner featuring Vietnamese cuisine.
20:30 Enjoy evening activities, including a movie screening in the dining room, squid fishing, and massage services (please contact the cruise manager for prices).

06:00 Wake-up call (upon request).
06:30 Enjoy a 30-minute Tai Chi session on the sundeck while cruising towards Luon Cave.
07:00 Enjoy a light breakfast in the restaurant. Coffee, tea, fresh milk, water, pastries, fresh fruit, and cereals are served in the dining room.
08:00 Transfer by tender to Luon Cave. Explore the cave area aboard a traditional woven bamboo boat rowed by a local boatman.
08:30 Return to the cruise, freshen up, and check out of your cabin. Please leave your luggage outside your cabin for the crew to transfer to the pier upon arrival. The cruise then departs for Tuan Chau International Harbor.
09:15 Enjoy brunch in the dining room. Settle any outstanding bills after brunch.
10:45 Transfer by tender to Tuan Chau Harbor and disembark. Return to Hanoi by optional shuttle bus.

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip of Halong Bay aboard Syrena cruises. The staff were great - nothing was too much problem, the trips out from the boat interesting, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the food fantastic. Our only complaint was that we didn't book an extra night!!. We also enjoyed meeting the other travellers and made some good friends. I would highly recommend this company.

This cruise exceeded our expectations. The quality of room, food, activities and of staff was top notch. A 5 star experience. Personally, I would have loved to have visited Halong Bay 30 years ago when it is much quieter, but it is still a fantastic experience today. The cave system took us by surprise - it's huge. And the through cave by rowing boat was also beautiful. Well done Syrena Cruises, and thank you for your excellent service.

I'll highly recommend anyone going to Halong Bay to take this cruise. I was on the Syrena 02 on 7th and 8th June. The activities were fun and really experience the island around especially if you would like to see the whole view of Halong Bay and going through caves. As I was a tourist, I didn't know Vietnamese but I knew Chinese, some of the crew also knew Chinese and they could speak fluent English and I did not find any problems conversing with them in English and Chinese. The crew was extremely nice and they made us not only feel like guests but family. They certainly knew what they were doing and were extremely helpful. They briefed us on what we were doing clearly. Last but not least, the crew were extremely entertaining and the service is mind-blowingly good, it was definately worth 4 hours

Our first visit to Halong Bay was made memorable by the crew on board Syrena. Specially the hostess on board Ms. Danny. She was very pleasant, friendly and professional. The other crew on board were also helpful. Food served was exemplary. Mainly sea food.

We joined this cruise with trepidation based on the recent reviews and the somewhat different outer appearance of the boat compared to the pictures. But much to our pleasant surprise it was comfortable, clean, nice food and friendly staff. It could have been a bit more interactive, but I think the staff struggle to communicate in English. They do make every endeavor to be helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider this touristic, with what seems like the standard spring roll making,tai chi and squid fishing on the boat, but for my first time in Vietnam and for my purposes it was great. Good views, service,clean and nice food! I must say that we were among only 6 passengers and I think that made a difference, as it was quiet, personalized and well serviced and staffed.
