For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Enjoy an optional pick-up from Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer to Lan Ha Bay.
Cruise Departure & Welcome Onboard
Your luxurious floating home sets sail around noon. Upon boarding, enjoy a welcome drink and attend a welcome briefing to familiarise yourself with the onboard facilities.
Begin your journey to discover the natural wonders of Lan Ha Bay. Lunch is served in Ginger’s light-filled dining room, offering panoramic views of the stunning scenery as you cruise through the bay.
Explore the Scenic Lan Ha Bay
Along the way, admire an ancient lighthouse built by the French over a century ago. Continue cruising southward into the maze of limestone karsts and secluded islets that make Lan Ha Bay so distinctive.
As part of the wider Ha Long Bay area, Lan Ha Bay offers a tranquil seascape of emerald waters and spectacular limestone formations. Relax on the sundeck and take in the breathtaking views.
During the cruise, enjoy the onboard facilities and activities. Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or indulge in a selection of relaxing treatments and massages at the spacious Lady Ginger Spa.
Visit Viet Hai Village
Arrive at the landing point for Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island. Explore the village by bicycle, or opt for an electric car, travelling along small paved roads through a peaceful valley.
Meet local residents as they go about their daily routines, discover traditional village life, and visit local homes and the village school.
Cooking Class & Overnight Cruise
Return to the cruise, where the chef will host an interactive cooking class in the restaurant’s open kitchen. Learn about local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, and discover how to recreate selected Vietnamese dishes at home.
Later, the cruise anchors at a peaceful location for the night. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, reflect on the day’s adventures, and sip cocktails under the stars before dinner is served in the dining room.
Evening Activities
After dinner, unwind at the onboard bar with your favourite drink, enjoy a digestif, or watch a film at the evening cinema set up in the dining area.
Alternatively, join the crew for an entertaining squid-fishing experience before retiring to your comfortable cabin for the night.

Breakfast & Disembarkation
