For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 5-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Paradise Luxury Cruise
07:30–08:00 – Optional shuttle bus pickup from Hanoi to Halong Bay.
11:30 – Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Island, your first stop will be the Paradise check-in lounge, where you can freshen up after the long drive from Hanoi.
12:30 – Board the Paradise Luxury Cruise and settle into your onboard experience as the cruise prepares to depart for Halong Bay.
13:00 – Enjoy a delicious lunch on board while admiring the stunning scenery of Halong Bay, your first introduction to this majestic landscape.
14:00 – After lunch, take some time to admire the breathtaking scenery of Halong Bay. Alternatively, if you prefer a more relaxing experience, indulge in an afternoon of pampering at Le Parfum Spa*.
14:30 – Your first excursion is a visit to Tung Sau Pearl Farm, an area dedicated to pearl cultivation using a traditional Vietnamese handcrafted technique combined with Japanese technology. This is also an ideal spot for kayaking. Alternatively, you can stay on board and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea.
16:00 – Continue to the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, where a breathtaking panoramic view of Halong Bay awaits as you emerge from the cave. As the largest cave in Halong Bay, it features spectacular stalactites and stalagmites that have formed over millions of years, creating fascinating shapes.
17:45 – The Paradise Luxury Cruise will anchor overnight near Coconut Tree Island. Enjoy a cocktail or two as the sun sets over the dramatic limestone karsts. Before dinner, food lovers can also take part in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration, sure to whet their appetites.
19:30 – Dress like royalty for the Royal Bao Dai Dinner at the restaurant. The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy at leisure. Relax with a drink* or two, try your hand at squid fishing, book a spa treatment at Le Parfum Spa*, or watch a movie in the restaurant.

Day 2: Halong Bay – Hanoi
06:30 – Welcome the new day on board the Paradise Luxury Cruise with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck as the sun rises, followed by a light breakfast in the restaurant.
07:30 – Hike to the top of Titov Island for stunning panoramic views of the bay. After your hike, enjoy a refreshing swim in the emerald waters of Halong Bay or sip fresh coconut water in the shade. Alternatively, if you prefer to stay on board, indulge in a pampering session at Le Parfum Spa*.
08:30 – Return on board and enjoy breakfast in the restaurant or in the comfort of your cabin. As the Paradise Luxury Cruise passes Thien Cung Cave, Dau Go Cave, and Fighting Cocks Islet, settle your bill and check out before returning to Tuan Chau Island.
10:30 – After disembarking from the Paradise Luxury Cruise, guests who have booked the Paradise shuttle bus will begin the journey back to Hanoi. Arrival in Hanoi is expected between 16:30 and 17:00, with drop-off at your hotel. End of service.

What a fabulous way to spend a short excursion. The setting is simply breathtaking. The boat is immaculately clean and authentic. The deluxe cabins are superbly comfortable and peacefully quiet for a good night’s sleep. The food, menus and service is second-to-none! All staff were thoroughly professional, attentive and welcoming. There is a great range of well-organised activities available or you can stay onboard and chill if you wish. Our 2 day trip was such good value for money. Can’t praise this highly enough. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

We spent alot of time trying to decide the best option for an overnight trip to Halong Bay and were very pleased we went with Paradise Cruises. They are very professional and provided a great level of service throughout the whole experience. We chose to travel on the 'Luxury' boat option as this was not as big as the 'Elegance' or as private as the 'Peak'. They have a number of each boat in their fleet. The room was very nice and we had our own rear terrace area. The schedule is very busy so if you are just doing the overnight trip you don't have a huge amount of time to enjoy the facilities onboard the boat. We chose not to take the all inclusive package option which for us was the right choice. We drank alot and still didn't spend as much as the AI package costs. You don't have a huge amount of time onboard so trying to fit in a spa treatment is also difficult if you opt for the gold package. The meals onboard were great and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We only spent 1 night onboard which we thought was a good amount of time to experience the area. If you do go for the 2 night option then be aware that the main boat returns to port each day so you spend day 2 on a separate 'day boat' until the following evening when your boat returns with some new passangers. You therefore don't get access to the faciliteis on the main boat or your cabin from around 8am-5pm which was a surpirse to some of the guests. It is worth being aware of this when deciding to do the 2 night trip or not. Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

Ha Long Bay is an amazing place. We really enjoyed our 2 night cruise on the Paradise Luxury vessel. The accommodation was very comfortable, the staff were great and the food was fantastic. The cruise included visiting a number of interesting sites with great tour guides like Jasmine. We particularly enjoyed visiting the floating village.

We had a one night cruise on Paradise Luxury and I would absolutely recommend as a dream trip. The staff are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to surpass your expectations. Our Cruise Manager Chad was very welcoming and professional and he and our waitress Chloe even arranged for us to have dinner all on our own on the sun deck. The food was out of this world and on par with some of the finest restaurants in the UK. If you are leaving the boat and touring the caves and local island you need to be pretty fit as there are so many steps - but in truth you don’t have to leave the boat - just relax and enjoy the views.

What an incredible experience! Honestly the staff were absolutely incredible! We cannot refined enough. Miss Grace, Mr Jason and Miss Jasmine are absolutely amazing and so incredibly personable. We cannot recommend this trip enough. The cocktails were incredible, the food to die for and the hospitality incredible. We cannot thank you enough.
