For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – overnight on a cruise

Combo includes a 2-day Halong Bay tour and a 2-day Sapa tour by train
07:30–08:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and transfer to Halong Bay, with a stop along the way for refreshments.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed on board, check in to your cabin, and enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurant. Afternoon activities may include visiting one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay, exploring a floating village by bamboo boat, relaxing or swimming on an island, and kayaking in a lagoon.
Back on board, you can join a cooking class or enjoy a sunset cocktail party before dinner. The evening is free at your leisure, or you can join the crew for a squid fishing experience. Overnight in a private cabin on a shared cruise.

- Day 2: Halong - Hanoi - Night Train to Sapa

Early in the morning, tea and coffee will be served. You can optionally join a Tai Chi class on the sundeck or enjoy some early-morning photography.
After breakfast, activities may include (if not arranged on the first day) visiting a cave, joining a cooking class, or climbing to the top of an island for panoramic views of Halong Bay. Then, check out and enjoy the spectacular scenery as the cruise passes numerous islands and islets with distinctive karst formations on the way back to the harbor.
A tender boat will take you back to the mainland, followed by a bus transfer to Hanoi. You will be dropped off at your hotel around 16:30–17:00. Enjoy some free time in Hanoi before being picked up from your hotel around 20:30 and transferred to Hanoi Railway Station to board the overnight train to Lao Cai. Overnight on the train in a deluxe wooden cabin with air conditioning.

- Day 3: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van

Upon arrival at the train station, you will be picked up and transferred to Sapa by a shared tourist bus. Early check-in may be available upon arrival, subject to room availability. Otherwise, we will provide a basic hotel room where you can shower and relax.
The tour begins with a 12 km trek to visit Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority. After lunch with a local family in Lao Chai or at a nearby eatery by the riverbank, continue hiking to Ta Van Village, home to the Dzay people, where you will stay overnight with a local family.
Here, you will have the opportunity to experience their daily life, work, and traditional customs. Overnight at a local Dzay family's home in Ta Van Village.

- Day 4: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan - Sapa - Night train back to Hanoi

After breakfast at the homestay, start an 8 km trek to visit two villages of the Red Dzao and H’mong people (Giang Ta Chai and Su Pan). Visit a beautiful waterfall and a rattan bridge, and enjoy the scenic landscapes as you walk through a bamboo forest to the main road, where a jeep will take you back to Sapa.
Then, take a bus to the train station to board the train back to Hanoi. Overnight on the train. End of tour.

My two teenage sons and I just completed a week in Hanoi visiting Halong Bay and Sapa. Cham organised both trips and was extremely professional from the first email to every point of the two tours: We had a slight hiccup in Sapa with a driver and Cham efficiently fixed it immediately and we were given an upgrade at the beautiful Eden Boutique Hotel. All transport was arranged on time with her husband Tien and he took time out from his family to pick up delicious Banh Mi for my boys in the morning: I would highly recommend this lovely family business to anybody planning tours in northern Vietnam. Kind, honest and experienced professionals
