For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

- Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay

07:30–19:30:
An optional shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in central Hanoi for the drive to Ha Long City. Enjoy the scenic countryside of the Red River Delta along the way.
Stop at Hai Duong Province for a 20–30-minute break.
Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Island, take a short break and enjoy a welcome drink at the Image Halong Cruise Lounge before transferring to Pelican Halong Cruise.
Enjoy a welcome drink, receive a cruise briefing and safety instructions, and check in. The cruise then sets sail to explore Ha Long Bay, one of Vietnam’s most spectacular natural attractions.
Savour a delicious lunch featuring Vietnamese and international dishes as the cruise passes through some of the bay’s most beautiful and tranquil areas, including Incense Burner Islet, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock Islet, Soi Sim Beach, and Coconut Three Island.
Visit the Tung Sau area, surrounded by towering limestone formations and home to a pearl cultivation farm. Learn about the pearl-making process, from cultivation and harvesting to shaping and polishing. You can also enjoy kayaking in this scenic area, depending on your preference. Meet skilled pearl artisans and discover the craftsmanship behind these precious gems.
Continue to beautiful Ti Top Island, where you can swim in the clear waters (weather permitting) or relax on the sandy beach. For a breathtaking panoramic view of Ha Long Bay, climb to the island’s summit and admire the spectacular scenery from above.
Return to the boat and enjoy some free time as the cruise sails to the Luon Bo area, where it will anchor overnight.

Join a cooking demonstration on the sundeck to learn how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. Afterwards, enjoy Happy Hour with a buy-one-get-one-free offer on drinks. Relax, socialise, and admire the magnificent sunset over Ha Long Bay.
19:30–23:00:
Enjoy a deluxe Vietnamese and international BBQ set-menu dinner.
In the evening, unwind at the bar, watch movies and Vietnamese cultural films, listen to music, or enjoy a game of cards or chess. You can also read magazines in your cabin or the dining room. For a more adventurous experience, try squid fishing or fishing from the boat.

Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Also known as Tai Chi Chuan, this traditional practice combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow, gentle movements.
Enjoy a light breakfast of coffee, tea, and pastries in the dining room while taking in the beautiful morning views of Ha Long Bay.
08:00–11:30:
Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave. Climb approximately 100 steps to the cave entrance and spend around 45 minutes exploring this magnificent cave, one of the largest in Ha Long Bay, renowned for its impressive stalactites and stalagmites. Return to the boat by tender. Proper footwear is highly recommended.
Return to Pelican Halong Cruise and check out. Settle your bill at the reception.
Enjoy lunch on board as the cruise makes its way back to Tuan Chau Wharf. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room while admiring the stunning scenery of Ha Long Bay.
Disembark at Tuan Chau Wharf and say goodbye to the crew.
12:00–17:00:
Transfer back to Hanoi by shuttle bus.
Stop en route for approximately 30 minutes to visit a traditional workshop and enjoy a short refreshment break.
Arrive in Hanoi. End of the trip.

Nice food, buffet in breakfast Set menu in lunch and dinner Nice service; well served by Tom (Duy) Nice room; clean and tidy with amazing view but, might have some language barrier in ordering drink or food, so order carefully ~ The rest parts of the trip is perfect!

Lovely cruise. Bedrooms all had a view and were lovely and clean. The food was amazing! A buffet on arrival, a 6 course dinner, breakfast and buffet before we left. Drinks were reasonable priced with 2 happy hours. The excursions were fun and we were constantly kept busy. The kayaking was fun - but slightly risky. There were no safety instructions or instructions on where to go when to come back. All was fine tho! The crew were amazing - especially Lily who went out of her way to cater for my dietary requirements. Would recommend. Amazing price when you think of what is included.

A thoroughly enjoyable cruise. The staff were largely attentive and organised a range of activities, keeping us up to speed with timings and their expectations. Additionally, they handled a large group of young parents with small children very well, so they didn't detract from our pleasure too much. The catering options were varied and we were well fed, the buffet style restaurant for breakfast and lunch (there was a set menu for dinner) provided opportunities for us all to try new things. Also, Lilly - our Butler on board - made a special effort to ensure dietary requirements were met, explaining the dishes prepared for us individually. We had a full intinery, and found the cruise to be well organised. However, it was advertised as two days and one night, but we were actually only on the boat for 24hrs.
