For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay

07:30 – 08:00 Optional pick-up from hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
12:15 Board the boat at Tuan Chau Port. Enjoy a welcome drink and receive a cruise briefing and safety instructions.
13:15 – 14:00 Enjoy a deluxe Vietnamese set-menu lunch. Massage services are available after lunch and throughout the cruise. Please book in advance with your Cruise Manager. Drink vouchers are available from 15:00 to 18:00. Please check with the crew for current promotions. These vouchers are not included in the cruise rate.
14:00 – 16:00 Cruise through Ha Long Bay, passing some of its most beautiful and tranquil areas, including Incense Burner Islet, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock Islet, and Finger Islet.
16:00 Arrive at Surprise Cave, one of the largest and most spectacular caves in Ha Long Bay. Reach the cave entrance by climbing approximately 100 stone steps.
17:30 Depart from the cave and sail for approximately 30 minutes to the overnight anchorage.
18:30 – 19:00 Join a fruit and vegetable carving lesson led by our Head Chef. Learn how the chef carves fruits and vegetables to create decorative designs and present traditional Vietnamese dishes.
19:30 Dinner is served.
20:45 Enjoy evening activities. Board games, including cards and Parcheesi, are available. Massage services are also offered throughout the cruise. Alternatively, try your hand at squid fishing on board with assistance from the crew.
21:00 – 23:00 Happy Hour! Buy one drink and get one free (excluding bottled wine).

06:45 Coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries are served in the dining room.
07:00 Enjoy a Tai Chi session on the sundeck (approximately 30 minutes).
07:45 – 09:00 Transfer by tender to Titov Island. Spend approximately one hour on the island, with time to climb the steps to the summit for breathtaking 360-degree views of the bay. There is also a spacious viewing platform halfway up. After the climb, enjoy some time relaxing on the beach or swimming.
09:00 Upon returning to the boat, you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please remove all personal belongings from your cabins. Heavy luggage may be left outside the cabins for the staff to transfer directly to the pier.
09:30 Enjoy breakfast in the dining room. Settle your bills after breakfast. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room and admire the bay scenery as the boat approaches the pier.
11:00 Arrive at Tuan Chau Port. Relax inside the pier building while waiting for your return transportation.

Beautiful boat cruise across Halong Bay. Service is above and beyond. Great English, friendly staff, think of everything from towels on the beach to places to keep your items on excursions. Clean, comfortable and relaxing cruise ship.

We spent 2 days 1 night trip with Indochina Sails recently and we got excellent experience with them. They provided the all good service including transportation from Hanoi to Halong bay and great arrangements for cruise program, food, staffs. We love our cabin on upper deck and we advise to have this cabin for the best bay view. Overall, we enjoyed the trip at the best memories.

We went on the Indochina Sails largest boat and were not disappointed. The cabins are large, beautiful with Indochine style. The food and service were excellent. Every member of the team very friendly and attentive. We visited the cave and had an amazing time at the beach. This was our first time in Halong Bay and we would definitely comeback and recommend to others!

Our trip with Indochina Sails so good , very well organized, the time-table was just perfect. We loved this charming, gorgeous boat. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly! We enjoyed the food as well. See you next time Tks.
