For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

07:30–07:45: The optional bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter.
12:30: Arrive at the Paloma office in Ha Long City. Board the boat and check in to your cabin.
13:30: Enjoy lunch while cruising towards magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay. Begin sailing among the famous islets of Bai Tu Long Bay, including Indochina Studio and Am Islets.
15:15–15:40: Visit and explore Thien Canh Son Cave and enjoy kayaking.
18:00: Enjoy a sunset party.
19:00: Enjoy dinner on board.

- Day 2: Cong Do - Vung Vieng fishing village - Hanoi

06:00: Start your day with Tai Chi while complimentary tea and coffee are served.
07:00: Have breakfast.
07:45–09:00: Explore Vung Vieng Fishing Village. Discover the daily life of the fishing communities on a bamboo boat (one hour). Make a short visit to the Pearl Farm to learn how natural pearls are grown.
10:00: Check out of your cabin. Then return to the dining room for a Vietnamese cooking class.
10:30: Have lunch.
11:45: Arrive at Hon Gai Harbour and board the bus back to Hanoi.
16:30: Arrive at your hotel. The trip ends.

We really enjoyed the 1 night two days cruise with Paloma ship. The Bai Tu Long bay area is beautiful for Kayaking and fun. This cruise was amazing, delicious seafood and Vietnamese food.it was really amazing experience.They have many activities to do fishing, kayaking, cooking class... I will recommend this ship to our friends and also our travel office in Ha Noi which helped me to book this trip. Thanks Paloma cruise

The organisation was excellent. Staff were overwhelmingly eager to please and make sure we had the best trip. Food was excellent and always plenty of it. Cabins were a good size and very comfortable. The Bai Tu Long Bay destination was much less crowded than other areas. All in all a really good trip. Wifi on the bus was great but the wifi on the boat wasn't working at all during our trip. Could have done with going a bit further afield and/or a bit more activity on the second day.
