Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum 

Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum is the place to preserve and protect the body of Ho Chi Minh Present - the great leader of the country. The tomb was built on September 2, 1973, at the old platform location on Ba Dinh square. After more than three years of construction, the mausoleum was inaugurated on August 29, 1975. 

The mausoleum covers an area 13 ha wide, consisting of three layers with the corresponding height of 21.6 meters. The middle component of the tomb consists of 3 main parts: the corpse room, corridors, and stairs.

The mausoleum is surrounded by square marble columns. Uncle Ho's corpse is placed in the corpse room at the end of the stairway.

In front of the mausoleum, there is a 30m high flagpole and two rows of ivory bamboo, symbolizing the industriousness and hard work of Vietnamese people.

Hanoi Old Quarter covers an area of about 100 hectares in Hoan Kiem District in the downtown of Hanoi. It is also called with a name of 36 streets.

One Pillar Pagoda

One Pillar Pagoda, also known as Dien Huu Pagoda, was built by King Ly Thanh Tong in 1049. The pagoda has been restored and renovated three times in the years of 1840-1850, 1922 and 1955. The One Pillar Pagoda now consists of a square lotus tower with a side length of 3m, built on a 4m high pillar, with a curved roof and a stone column diameter of 1.2m.

The above area is a system of large wooden slats for the cradle. Lotus tower has the ancient Asian architecture typical of four curved roofs, with a bony dragon-shaped engraving station. This image symbolizes the national power and old human values of the ancient Vietnamese. 

On October 10, 2012, in India, One Pillar Pagoda was recorded as "The unique temple architecture."

Thang Long Imperial Citadel

Thang Long Citadel was approved by the World Heritage Committee to recognize the world cultural heritage on July 31, 2010. Thang Long Citadel is a convergence place of three outstanding elements, the historical relics with a long history of culture for more than 13 centuries, along with the continued existence of the heritage.

The cluster of royal relics covers a total area of up to 18,000 ha. The inside space is a complex consisting of many other historical relics such as archaeological site No. 18 Hoang Dieu - where archaeologists unearthed relics, artifacts dating back up to 1300 years old, Hanoi Flagpole, Kinh Thien Palace, and Bac Mon.
